Mike Dowling holds a Diploma of Horticulture (Arboriculture) RTF 50203 and a Diploma of Forest and Forest Products, and is a Member of the Queensland Arboriculture Association. The company is a QAA Approved Contractor and holds public liability insurance.

It operates in Cairns and Far North QLD. Services include tree removal, pruning, stump grinding, vegetation management and arborist consulting. The business owns and operates a fleet of specialised equipment including elevated work platforms, stump grinders, wood chippers and heavy vehicles, and has strong partnerships with crane operators. It adheres to Australian Standards.

Property owners facing significant vegetation challenges in Cairns describe Advanced Vegetation Management as a crew that handles large and complex removals with care. Several customers highlight the team's efficiency when taking down substantial trees, including a large rainforest specimen positioned close to fences, a carport and overhead power lines, with reviewers noting that no waste was left behind and that surrounding grass and structures escaped damage. A crane is mentioned as a method used to control the fall and protect property. Named staff, particularly Mike and Alex, recur in accounts as professional, polite and easy to communicate with, both when quoting and during the work itself.

Reviewers often mention punctuality, tidy clean-up and clear updates on progress, and the team is described as fitting jobs in at short notice. Advice on tree problems is another point that comes up often, with customers expressing appreciation for guidance offered alongside the physical work. Pricing is characterised as reasonable and representing good value, and the overall tone of feedback is that jobs were completed exactly as requested. The team's friendly manner and careful execution, from assessment through to final clean-up, are the qualities that customers return to.
