Affordable Stump & Grind

Affordable Stump & Grind is an owner-operated business specialising in stump removal. Nat is the owner-operator. The business is fully insured with $20 million public liability cover. It services residential homes, local government, real estate agencies, property management, aged care facilities, schools and colleges. It services all suburbs of Adelaide. The stump grinder is a powerful 38hp remote controlled, tracked machine.

Its tracks can retract to 670mm to fit through gates. Its tungsten teeth cut and tear apart the compacted fibres of the stump, creating mulch. The mulch from the removal of the ground stump is filled into the hole and left onsite. The person who takes the enquiry and gives the quote does the job. The business provides free no obligation quotes. It offers stump grinding and stump removal services.

Affordable Stump & Grind earns consistent praise across its reviews for stump grinding work carried out by Nat, whose name appears in numerous accounts. Customers repeatedly highlight how quickly he responds, often arriving within a day or two of the first enquiry, and several mention that quotes given upfront matched the final price without surprises. The remote-controlled grinding machine attracts particular comment for reaching stumps in awkward, hard-to-access spots, including multiple yucca and agave stumps removed in a single visit. Reviewers describe the cleanup as thorough, with debris cleared and even bark chips blown from driveways after the job.

Communication before and after the work is a recurring theme, as is Nat's friendly, helpful manner and the advice he offers about other garden areas. Timekeeping is noted too, with customers describing him as prompt and efficient from arrival through to completion. The standard of finish is described as careful, with attention to detail in leaving the ground tidy and ready for replanting. Several reviewers indicate they would engage him again for further work, and the general sentiment centres on reliability and an easy, straightforward process from quote to finished stump.
