Australian Heritage Tree Works, led by Mike, is described by customers as a dependable choice for tree work around Adelaide. Accounts frequently highlight Mike's quick replies to messages and his willingness to inspect a tree in person before any commitment is made, with communication remaining clear from the first contact through to the finished job.

Punctuality and pace recur in feedback, whether the task involves felling a tall pine at a unit complex, removing trees that leaned over structures, grinding a stump or trimming citrus, pear and peach trees. The crew's ability to climb and rig is noted in more demanding removals, and having a truck on hand is credited with keeping the work efficient. Reviewers often remark on how tidy the site is left, with garden beds and neighbouring plants shielded during felling.

Fair charges and the polite, friendly conduct of Mike and his teammates are mentioned regularly, as is the guidance offered on the most suitable way to tackle a tree. Cut firewood is another detail that earns appreciation, and prior work at the Adelaide Zoo is cited as a reason for confidence. A tree climber's rescue of a pet bird from a towering tree also stands out.
