Balanced Tree Care

Balanced Tree Care Pty Ltd is a tree services and arboriculture business operating in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. The company is a small team of friends with a shared interest in arboriculture, the natural environment and the local area.

It provides general tree services including pruning and trimming, removal, stump grinding, tree health and hazardous tree assessment, aerial inspection, cable bracing and emergency tree service. Trained arborists also install habitats and hollows for native animals such as birds, possums and sugar gliders. A free site consultation is offered.

Balanced Tree Care draws steady commendation for arborist work around Newcastle, with reviewers returning again and again to the crew's attentiveness to surrounding vegetation. Luke and Scotty are named as friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and one thing mentioned again and again is their willingness to advise against unnecessary removals, saving customers money. Quoting is described as straightforward, transparent and competitively priced, with the online system and email replies noted for responsiveness, and several jobs were reportedly slotted in at short notice.

Punctual arrival, courteous teams and a thorough clean-up afterwards feature across accounts, including sites left tidy after large gums and palms are felled. Careful handling in tight backyards and around mature fruit trees is credited with preventing damage to nearby plants, and one removal is remembered for rescuing a family of possums.

Bigger projects, such as carving nesting hollows for wildlife at a holiday rental near Bungwahl, are said to receive the same attention from planning through to completion. Reviewers describe outcomes matching their expectations and costs staying reasonable rather than inflated, while the standard of work has generated repeat bookings, referrals and unsolicited comment from other trades about how manageable the sites became. Tree removal, palm and pine work, and general arborist care remain the subjects reviewers return to.
