It can call customers 30 minutes before arriving if requested and offers a free quote.

Brothers Tree Service Melbourne draws consistent praise for tree work delivered with speed, care and a spotless finish. Several customers describe punctual crews who arrived when promised and completed jobs, including taking down a sizeable tree beside a house, within a few hours. Manny and his team are named frequently, with reviewers noting their polite, friendly manner alongside the professional standard of pruning, tree removal and clean-up. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is how thoroughly the site is left, with branches and debris cleared so the property looks tidier than before work began.

Quotes are described as competitive and fair, with no drawn-out negotiation before crews started. Safety near powerlines and nearby structures is highlighted, as is the care taken when trimming overhanging branches from neighbouring trees. Customers also value straightforward communication and quick responses, and the recurring result is well-executed tree removal and pruning followed by a neat yard. Teamwork across the crew, from the first quote through to the final sweep, features repeatedly in accounts of jobs large and small.
