EJR Tree Services

Fantastic experience dealing with the team. Great communication, turn around time and end product.

The team came out on Monday10th November to trim back some trees along our back fence. EJR kept in contact with us and turned up when they said they would. They were friendly and polite and did a great job. They also took great care to ensure that other plants in nearby garden areas weren't damaged. They were so quick and cleaned up after themselves. A professional outfit from go to whoa. We would recommend this team highly. Thanks so much. Nick and Annie (Oakey)

Would highly recommend. Tried to get quotes with other businesses and they either didn't answer, didn't show or came for quote but said they couldn't do the job. EJR arrived on time for quote, said the job wouldn't be a problem, arrived on time on the day, were finished very quickly and for a fair price. They were also very tidy and cleaned up the surrounding pathways etc before they left. Overall did a great job.

We had arranged for EJR Tree services removed a tree from our back yard. Eli & the team were very pleasant to deal with, were on time, efficient and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed. Their quote was competitive and the Office staff were great to deal with and very helpful in arranging alternate dates when the weather intervened. EJR is now my go-to for tree services in Toowoomba.

Professional Service! Ely inspected what we wanted done, provided recommendations and a detailed quotation. We needed to shift the job date a couple of times and Jess in the office was very accommodating with re-scheduling. Their crew turned up on time as planned, ran through the scope with me and completed pre-start safety checks. Each of the guys knew their tasks and ripped right into it with the right tools, machinery and skills for the job. Thorough clean up at completion. No hesitation to using EJR again and recommending their services.

Highly highly recommend EJR and couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Our large trees are vital for Tawny Frogmouths who have been breeding in them for 14 years and return every year. Timing was crucial, as were the exact limbs that needed to be cut and protecting the nests. The crew at EJR made the entire process so easy and stress free. We had a difficult job due to powerlines, branches over the house and the fine time window due to wildlife and the crew did an amazing job! I am also deaf so communication can be hard for me at times, these guys made communication a breeze!! Will definitely be using again.

Possibly one of the best home services I have had. These guys were punctual, very professional, and left a very clean job. Thanks heaps. I will be recommending you to anyone needing your services.
