What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

A private residence needing a large tree removed is the sort of project that brings customers to ET's Stump Grinding, and the reports from Cairns describe a consistent experience across that work and other jobs. Customers writing about their orders describe the team as professional, courteous and efficient from first contact through to the finished result. Prompt arrival is a point that comes up often, whether a full tree removal is involved, stump grinding beside a boundary fence, or roots extending beneath concrete.

Clear communication before and after the job is mentioned repeatedly, with quotes supplied quickly and questions answered without delay. Pricing is described as fair and reasonable, and customers note that the outcome exceeded what they paid for, particularly on thick stumps and difficult root systems near fences and patios. Tidiness is another recurring theme, with the crew cleaning up thoroughly once the work was complete. ET himself is named in many accounts for his politeness, honesty and willingness to go beyond what was required, leaving customers happy to recommend the service for tree-related projects.

Don’t even get quotes from others, just go ahead with ET! Very honest man with an affordable price, all other stump grinders gave me a heart attack when they quoted. With ET, you are not paying what you get, you will get way more than what you paid. I had very thick stumps that were 1cm from my neighbour's boundary(very close to the fence and nasty roots that went under the patio concrete) this guy cleaned that up more than properly. Showed up on time, on the day you booked. Got it done in time and walked away with zero mess. If there are more than 5 stars on Google reviews, I would give this hardworking man 10+ stars. Very highly recommended.
