Jim's Trees & Stump Removal

Gary & his team were reasonable priced, prompt & methodical in there approach to the topping of our 4 medium trees. Highly recommend them.

Gary was polite, professional, reliable and friendly. I appreciated that he spoke to a woman without trying to rip me off. Many tradies see a woman and think they can charge more because we “don’t know” any difference. Gary did not do that. Highly recommend him.

The service was amazing, I sent an inquiry at 8am I had a phone call by 8:05am and he visited me at 8:30am. The 15m dead tall tree was on the ground and chopped up in pieces the same day. Astounding that service like this is still around. 5 stars not enough

Dealing with these guys has been a pleasure so far. We found they are reasonable with their pricing and is a positive experience every time we have communication with them. We will continue to use these guys for all future projects we are awarded. Project Manager Pro Fencing Contractors VIC

The guys did a fantastic job of cutting back all the trees in my courtyard. The house is so much more light now that it’s all had a good haircut. Very happy 😃

Use someone else with better skills and ethics. They recently came and did a neighbours trees. And blew dust and wood chips all over our house. Then refused to move the wood chipper or tidy up. Very arrogant Had no offer or response to help clean up Just read your feedback, so what do you offer to do. I told your guys I have a two year old at home and the dust was blowing everywhere. Thick layer of dust all over the house and the split systems, hot water system and pool filters, as well as the car and all over our washing on line? If you taking it seriously then offer to clean up. Why did they keep going when asked to stop and move it. If it not safe or too hazardous to do a job then get more experience or don’t do it.

Cannot fault the service from start to finish. Nathan doesn't muck around- Excellent comms, super fast same day quote, we were happy with the quote so booked an appointment, which was within a business day or two and he was professional the entire time, had all the PPE necessary for getting up the tree and staying safe and he cuts trees down like he's a fine tuned, well oiled machine. He's an absolute gun. And his other three guys were great too, they even cleaned up all the mess. Thank you! We were very happy with the team too, especially Nathan. And I loved how he cut the trunk down to how I requested, we have a little stool or pot plant stand now. Jim's Group truly has an asset to the business with Nathan. Hang onto him! Thank you
