Platinum Tree Solutions

Platinum Tree Solutions is a locally owned and operated tree services and arboriculture company based in Ballarat, servicing Ballarat and surrounding areas. The company was founded by two brothers, Dylan and Alex, who come from a multigenerational line of arborists.

It has grown into a 13-person team of professional arborists and landscapers, bringing almost 20 years of experience. The company is fully insured, qualified, and certified. Services include trimming and removal, tight access, bracing and cabling, stump grinding and removal, emergency callouts, and mulch sales.

Praise for Platinum Tree Solutions centres on a combination of professionalism, punctuality and a thorough clean-up, with Dylan and Alex frequently named for their approachable manner and clear explanations of the work. Reviewers repeatedly mention that the team arrives when promised, works efficiently and leaves the site tidy, whether trimming overgrown ornamental pears, removing large trees from tight central positions or clearing long fence lines ahead of a replacement.

Various customers describe the quoting process as straightforward and the pricing as reasonable for the standard of work delivered, and a detail many reviews return to is the care taken not to disturb neighbouring properties during larger removals. The scope of work described includes tree cutting, pruning and mulching of branches, along with general garden clearing and clean-up.

Communication before and after each job is singled out, with customers noting that Dylan responds quickly to enquiries, explains the process and follows up reliably. Urgent call-outs are also mentioned, with one customer describing a same-day response to an urgent job. Those who have engaged the Ballarat business describe the crew as friendly and capable across a wide range of tree problems, handling very large trees without fuss. Mulching of cut branches and the neat finish left behind are regularly highlighted as part of the service.
