What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Property owners contending with stubborn stumps and unwanted trees around Newcastle regularly single out Ali, also called Alison or Ally, for her reliability, honesty and straightforward manner. Quotes are described as arriving quickly and without cost, and one household recalls seven yucca trees taken out plus assistance arranging a referral to have underground services mapped ahead of grinding. The labour itself is characterised as swift and diligent, with a large camphor laurel cleared within a day and a particularly thick ironbark stump located near a driveway and dwelling ground down without trouble.

Clients repeatedly note that the team appears at the agreed time, copes with late changes to scheduling, and keeps communication clear both before and after the work. Cleanliness features too, as debris and grindings are raked away and the site left tidy. Long-standing customers who have called on the business about a dozen times for rental properties and land across the Hunter Valley keep coming back, while newer clients praise the friendly, professional conduct and the care taken around structures. Grinding of tree stumps and removal of trees such as yucca are the tasks most often described.

So happy with the results from primal urge stump grinding! Our stump has been grinded down perfectly, where we can now level out our front lawn and put grass over the top. You wouldn’t have know there was a huge tree there! Ally was so easy to communicate with and extremely reliable!

Working with Alison was seamless and we are so happy with the end result. Alison was able to provide a quick free quote to remove 7 yucca trees as well as provide a cheap referral to get our underground services mapped. Will definitely be reaching out to Primal Urge Stump Grinding if we ever need trees removed again.
