Property owners seeking work on mature trees, hedges and general garden upkeep describe Sustainable Arboriculture Services in Cairns as dependable from the first quote through to the finished job. Several customers mention that Philip, sometimes working alongside Aaron and supported by Melissa in the office, turns up when he says he will and keeps communication clear across the whole process.

Reviewers repeatedly note his knowledge as a qualified arborist, with advice on tricky removals such as a large avocado tree, a palm and a strangler fig positioned close to a house, handled by roping up the trunk and lowering sections under control. The results cover pruning, hedging, tree removal and broader property tidy-ups, and one thing mentioned again and again is how spotless the site is left, with one customer remarking the yard looked cleaner than before the team arrived.

Fair and reasonable pricing is raised alongside the willingness to fit work in at short notice, and the crew is described as friendly, respectful and considerate of an elderly owner’s needs. Larger clearances of multiple big trees are noted for being completed safely and quickly, with the same care given to smaller maintenance jobs. Philip’s careful attention to detail and straightforward suggestions on site are what reviewers keep returning to.
