What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Taylors Trees is based in Bayswater North and holds a 4.7 average across 135 reviews, a touch lower than some peers in this list. The large majority of reviews describe efficient crews of three or four completing hedge trimming, large branch removal and storm-damage response with spotless clean-ups, and staff including Adam and Nick are praised for punctuality and clear communication built up over repeat bookings spanning more than a decade.
Set against this, a handful of reviews raise real concerns, including a stump left only partially removed despite assurances it would come out fully, and a dispute over which of two trees had actually been quoted for trimming. Most feedback remains strongly positive about efficiency and value.

A full day job. Requiring precision and care. From removing trees and roots with care not to damage surrounds. A lot of at height carefully pruning of sets of hedges. Spotless clean up. The crew was cheerful and worked as a team. Competitive pricing. Highly recommended.
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. If you want a team that follows what you want and cleans up beautifully afterwards, then Taylors Trees is the company. I was very impressed with the trio of professionals who took the job seriously and with care. I will certainly call on them again for tree trimming work. Thank you.
Very happy with Taylor's services. Nick was knowledgeable (tree species, issues, permits, etc), quote was reasonable. Team arrived on time, complex job(s) completed safely, modern tools used, team were well coordinated, and great cleanup.
Prompt, thorough and quick; the guys did a terrific job at our place. Nothing was too high and the ground was left neat and tidy. Reasonably priced and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Taylors!
The guys were on time and handled the removal of the tree with perfection. Since it was hanging over neighbours property it was great they were able to keep all the bits of the tree on our side. Clean up was perfect. Thanks guys.
