The Adelaide Tree Surgery

The Adelaide Tree Surgery has provided tree management services since 2002 and is owned and managed by Mark Elliott. The team holds qualifications including Diplomas of Arboriculture, Certificates of Horticulture and Arboriculture Certificates III to V. The business is a member of Arboriculture Australia and the International Society of Arboriculture. It holds $20,000,000 Public Liability Insurance, Professional Indemnity Insurance and Workcover Insurance. The Adelaide Tree Surgery assists Adelaide Metropolitan, Adelaide Hills and South Australian country regions.

Its client base includes residential homes, real estate agencies, private enterprise, corporate clients, state government departments, local government councils and authorities, property management, aged care facilities, schools, colleges and universities. The business recycles tree prunings and materials into mulch and firewood for home and corporate use. Main services include tree removal, tree pruning, arborist reports, stump removal and tree root investigation.

Residential projects involving protected trees, dead palms and general removals form the backdrop to feedback for this Adelaide tree surgery business, and the accounts divide sharply. Many customers recount a smooth path from first quote to finished job, with arrangements handled by message and the crew showing care for the property and a solid work ethic. Named staff appear across accounts: Sasha at the booking stage, Zac and Alex on quoting, and Shane, Zac, Paris and Mark on the tools, with Mark noted for securing council approval for two protected trees and clearing the backyard without fuss.

The felling itself is described as precise and safe, the turnaround quick and the manner friendly and professional, and one customer returned for a second job that surpassed expectations. Among lower-scoring accounts, a recurring theme is reliability once a quote is accepted: agreed dates passing without the crew arriving, calls and emails left unanswered, and workers sent without the equipment needed for the task. Repeated cancellations and silence after paperwork was signed feature in those accounts, together with frustration at how slowly the work progressed.
