Felling of gums is where the praise tends to focus, with accounts covering a single tree through to four medium-sized gums cleared in South Launceston. Luke and his crew are named regularly, and the manner of the arborists is described as friendly, courteous and professional. Skill runs through the feedback, particularly the methodical way larger trees are brought down, where safety is handled carefully and the finished result is called professional work. Tidiness comes up again and again, from arborists clearing everything away once a tree was down to a stump being ground so the ground could be reworked for a vegetable garden.

Value draws comment too, with pricing described as good for the work delivered, and the way each job is explained and organised receives its own share of mention. The technical side of arboriculture and the conduct of the people carrying it out appear side by side, and it is the combination of skilled arborists and a courteous, well-organised crew under Luke that gives the work its consistent character. Stump grinding that frees ground for planting is the detail that returns most often.
