Treesafe Australia Pty Ltd

Expert advice from Jayden. Very responsive administrative staff and prompt service. The team who attended were very friendly and trustworthy, clean and respectful. They did a wonderful job, I had several questions regarding the service and the whole team were easy and friendly every step of the way. Will use again. Thanks guys

The house I bought had a garden that was overgrown with thick shrubs, ferns and over 25 different kinds of very big and very tall Palms. Yesterday, Jayden and a crew of 4 others came on time to cut and remove them. It was very impressive to see them climbing up the palms. They did such an amazing job. The team is polite, professional and organized. I was happy with the cost and they left the garden tidy. I would highly recommended them. Thank you Jayden and team for the great job and also the advise on all the other plants.

Fantastic business. Great people. Our job is only small but difficult. We use treesafe every few years. Work is professionally done. We have peace of mind that as we get older we have an organisation we can rely on.

I needed expert advice on what to do with and how to remove trees on a busy tree line prior to the installation of a new boundary fence. I was fortunate to have Justin Harvey, Senior Consulting Aborist attend to give advice. He came promptly and took time to carefully explain options and then gave his opinion and recommendation. He raised issues I hadn't thought of and ChatGPT hadn't mentioned so it was well worth paying for professional advice.

We had some massive bamboo from our neighbours property overhanging & invading our backyard! I contacted many companies to see if they could trim it back! Many I either didn’t hear back from or the quotes were extremely high! Treesafe were the only ones with an acceptable quote & even a date before Christmas that it could be done! They arrived exactly on time a team of 5 lovely people to tackle the job! They did a wonderful job better than I hoped! Cleaned up after themselves & checked if I was happy with the job before they left! I’m so impressed I will be spreading their praises! 👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼👍🏼🎋🎋

We couldn't be happier with the incredible service we consistently receive from Treesafe Australia. We have used them a number of times now and with Stephen, Brett and the whole team, every experience has been nothing short of outstanding. We live in Core Koala Habitat, so our trees are not just important- they are vital to the local environment and wildlife. Treesafe truly understand this and always treats out trees with the care and respect they deserve. We know we can trust the team to look after our property. Their knowledge, professionalism and genuine passion for what they do is evident in every visit. The friendly, approachable team always explain the process and share valuable advice. Their attention to detail from careful pruning to immaculate cleanup is second to none. It is a rare to find a company that combines such expertise with care, and we are extremely grateful for the work they do and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality tree care from people who truly know their craft.

They turned up when they said they would, did exactly what I asked without any supervision from me, charged what they quoted. My job was to clear my side area of plants that had grown so thick and strong I could barely get to my bins let alone open them. As well as cut down a tree that was getting so big it was pushing over my fence and making it impossible to open. The quality of the job they did genuinely exceeded my expectations. I arrived home just as they were finishing up and the team was professional and courteous to me. No “Darl” or annoying references as I’ve grown used to putting up with all to often. Their communication before hand and checking in afterwards was also very professional and genuine.
