Urban Arb Solutions is fully insured with $20 million in Public Liability insurance and maintains current Workcover. Work is performed in compliance with AS4970-2009 and AS4373-2007. The company is a registered contractor with the local council and covers the entire Gold Coast Region. Services include tree removal, tree lopping, felling large trees, complex climbing, emergency callouts, pest and disease control, stump removal, tree planting, tree relocation, palm cleaning, and mulching.

Skilled, prompt and meticulous tree work is the theme running through feedback for Urban Arb Solutions, with Matt, the owner, named repeatedly by reviewers who describe him and his crew arriving at the agreed time, assessing each job carefully and keeping communication clear from the first quote through to completion. Tree removal dominates the accounts, including emergency work following storm damage, alongside stump grinding, palm removal and the trimming and shaping of large trees. Repeat customers report the same standard across multiple properties and dozens of trees over several years, and crew members are described as courteous, hardworking and easy to deal with.

Tidiness is a consistent point of praise, with branches, leaves and grinding debris cleared away and the site left neat. The machinery brought to jobs draws comment for being well maintained and suited to substantial removals, while Matt's depth of knowledge is singled out. Charges are described as fair, with one account mentioning a quote that undercut others for a demanding tree, and reviewers value how quickly large jobs are finished, such as about seventeen palms and their stumps handled in one visit.
