It also provides extensive services for insurance companies, resorts, and commercial operations. The business offers obligation-free quotes and no payment is required until the job is completed. Pensioner discounts are available. Services include tree removal, stump grinding, tree lopping, emergency tree services, woodchip and mulch supply, and mulch and woodchipping.

Wade's Tree Service takes on tree removal, lopping and stump grinding across Mackay and the surrounding districts, and the precision brought to awkward jobs is a point that comes up often. One account describes a large tree removed from a very tight space, while a separate job involving eighteen Golden Cane Palms was finished at a cost the customer regarded as very fair, the crew even setting aside an orchid that had been overlooked among the plants. Several accounts note how quickly and dependably the team works, maintaining a steady pace across several days on larger projects, and the stump grinder is credited with dispatching stumps and roots with little trouble.

Tidiness likewise recurs, with cut branches, fragments and scattered debris cleared away and pathways swept once the work finished, leaving yards looking better and safer for children and pets. Communication from the initial call onwards draws praise, and Wade himself is named as straightforward to deal with. Fred also receives credit for the care taken on site, while the wider crew is described as friendly, well organised and able to complete each job properly.
