Our Body Corporate has been using Arborclimb for over 3 years now and could not be happier with their service. From taking out trees, stump grinding and leaving us mulch, the guys are always polite and professional and nothing is too much trouble. Very happy with their service and highly recommend them.
Jim and his team did an amazing job!! From start to finish they were professional and polite and it was evident that safety was a priority. I had a tricky tree removal that involved large decaying tree over my house and they planned and executed the job meticulously. It was incredible to watch the planning and precision that went into the job. From first contact with Lisa, who quickly organised a quote, to Jim doing the quote and scheduling the job, to the team who arrived and introduced themselves to me, these guys were the best!! They carried out the job professionally with precision and care and went over and above with both their prep of the site and clean up after the job, ensuring my roof was clear of leaf debris. (It had significantly larger leaf litter than the felled tree had contributed to and they cleared the roof and gutters of that area) Thankyou Jim, Matty and Steven and the young apprentice (sorry forgot your name) you are true professionals and I will recommend you to anyone who needs any tree work done. Arborclimb were very professional & considerate & accomodating in their approach from first point of contact until conclusion of the job. The job itself was done very well- efficient, tidy & safely executed. The guys doing the job were friendly & very knowledgeable & communicative. I think the costing of the job was also very fair. I have only positive to say & highly recommend this business.
Jim and team completed a fabulous branch lopping for me this afternoon. Their knowledge and attention to detail is well appreciated for me to maintain a healthy garden. Their cleanup is also spot on. JIm & his team did an excellent job while working with my difficult sloping site in removing some mature Alex Palms & a large Pine that had grown dangerously close to the house. Arborclimb Pty Ltd is a company I would go to again. From the initial call to the end of the job was an excellent experience. All the staff we engaged with were all very professional, competent and friendly. They worked hard getting the trees down, did a great job and cleared up every thing after.
