We can thoroughly recommend this business to everyone. The initial communication process was excellent and Luke and the team were punctual, polite and very professional, right down to a flawless clean-up at the end. The result is just what we wanted and at a reasonable price.

Luke and Scott came up to our eco-certified holiday rental property in Bungwahl (Seal Rocks) to create some nesting hollows for possums and gliders. They were great to work with in the lead up to and on the day. They worked hard to get as many hollows done as possible for me. Would absolutely recommend.

Have used Luke, Scotty and the boys twice. Only recommend to take trees out when needed and have convinced me when not necessary and saved me some $$$. They take great care with their work and clean up their job site. Cheers, David

Absolute best bunch of guys to work with, I won't be getting a tree removal quote from anyone else, ever. Took down 4 trees, including two palm trees on my property at a very reasonable price. Very happy with the job Balanced Tree Care provided us in removing very large palm trees from our backyard. All the 3 men from this job were professional, friendly, efficient and even saved a nesting family of possums from injury. The cost was reasonable and not excessive like some other similar businesses. Pleased to report babies and mother possum happily reunited.

Quoting was super easy and transparent, showed up exactly as scheduled. Very large gum removed in a built up backyard safely and without damaging any of my mature fruit trees. Would gladly recommend and have back for the next challenge my backyard throws up.
