What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Household and commercial clients draw on this Bendigo operator for tree removal and stump grinding, and the feedback points to a dependable, well-organised outfit. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is how quickly enquiries are answered, with quotes arranged and jobs carried out soon after. Reviewers describe stumps ground out and large piles of clippings cleared, and they note the crew returns to finish what it began. Tidiness is a recurring theme, with work areas reportedly left clean once overgrown gum trees and sizable yukka stumps have been dealt with.

Named staff, including Ken, Mat and Andrew, are described as friendly and efficient, and their handling of messy jobs is mentioned approvingly. One account records extra caution taken near a heritage property and a heritage tree, where the tree's integrity was safeguarded during cutting. Safety while felling and removing is another regularly cited strength. Pricing is described as fair, including one job involving roughly 30 stumps and trees removed across several days. Communication from the quoting stage through to completion is repeatedly highlighted, as is the care taken on site. The consistent thread is reliable work finished to a clean standard.

I have had two really great experiences with this company. They are very knowledgeable and experienced. They are easy to deal with: check in a few days before hand to see everything is right to go, arrive on time or early, do a very professional job, shred the leafy bits, chop up the trees into manageable bits, and do a good clean up. Thanks Ken and Andrew and Nick so much.

Great service, which arrived when they said they would. Complete the work professionally and as they were dealing with a heritage property and heritage tree near one of the job sites, they took extra care to ensure the integrity of the tree. Highly recommended as quality professional service from quoting to delivery
