Branch Manager Tree Services

The boys here did a great job taking out two large royal palms at my place today. Seems they have a great team, Zac was a pleasure to deal with.

Branch Manager (Zac), responded to my request in an appropriate time frame, was always courteous and professional, kept me informed, always took calls, the quote was amazingly attractive, the job was perfectly magnificent. Would never think twice to request his services again, nor recommend him and his company to anyone. Absolutely amazing work!

Zac and his crew organised the complete removal of a very large gum tree in our complex of seven units. The tree was very close to our unit and had caused numerous problems including plumbing, driveway and our roof. They arrived on site on time with a 65T crane to assist in the removal. Zac and his crew were very professional and courteous to everyone on site and removed the tree safely without any issues. They were on site most of the day and tidied up the surrounding area very well. We would recommend the Branch Manager Tree Services for any future works and to provide their prompt and efficient service to anyone interested. Was very pleased with the outcome. Well done to you and your crew Zac. Thank you.

Great experience using Branch Manager, Zac and team provided a very fair quote, friendly service and were quick to finish the job. We had about 30 large trees removed, a number of them were along our sloped boundary and they got them down without any damage to us or our neighbours. I’d definitely use them again!

Aiden & Matt did a great job removing a large tree from my backyard. Arrived, got on with the job, cleaned up and left. Efficient, polite, knowledgeable and affordable. Would definitely use the team again.

1 year and 3 months ago this company dropped a tree on our roof and they still haven't completed the repair. It got to the point where we had to obtain quotes for repairs, which were denied, due to most likely not wanting to go through their insurance. Shane the director then tasked the job to his retired father and a few of his tree loppers. They attempted to repair some of the roof sheets, but never returned to complete the gutter replacement. Then they had to wait for his workers to be free enough to come help, which never happened. My husband even offered to do the labour with his father, but that never happened either. We have now been left with bits of wrong ordered building materials scattered around our property and a half dodgily repaired deck roof, that we will most likely have to finish ourselves. After weekly attempts at contacting this company to repair their mistake, it is upsetting to know we will never hear back.

Had a big pandanus removed and stump ground today. The boys got straight to work and cleaned up after. They managed not to do any damage working close to fences, house, and with other plants under the pandanus that we wanted to keep. They were polite and courteous. And the price was competitive.
