Coal Coast Tree Services Wollongong

Coal Coast Tree Services is a family-owned and operated business run by Kane. The team has over 10 years of local experience and holds Cert III and Cert V in arboriculture. The company serves Wollongong and the Illawarra region, including Shellharbour, Albion Park, Dapto, Helensburgh, and Thirroul. It provides tree removal, tree pruning, stump grinding, land clearing, and emergency tree services. Pruning follows Australian Standard AS4373-2007. Arborist reports are available for council permits, insurance claims, and development applications.

Palm tree removal is offered for Canary Island Date Palms, Cocos Palms, and Washingtonia species. Powerline clearance is coordinated with Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy. Root barrier and root management advice is provided. Tree removal uses crane trucks, rigging systems, and experienced climbers. Stump grinding is performed 15 to 30cm below ground level. The company serves both residential and commercial clients.

Wollongong and the surrounding Illawarra district feature a tree company whose customers consistently describe a smooth and professional experience. Kane, named repeatedly across the feedback, is characterised as prompt, polite and knowledgeable, with several reviewers noting that he responded quickly to initial enquiries and arrived exactly when arranged.

The work itself covers a broad range of arborist and landscaping tasks: removing large trees from awkward positions near power lines, fences and neighbouring homes, grinding stumps, reducing oversized hedges, cutting down grevilleas and yuccas, and cleaning up unruly Cocos Palms alongside giant bird of paradise plants. Safety and thoroughness come through as recurring themes, with customers describing jobs completed without fuss despite tricky access and tight surroundings. Tidiness is a point that comes up often, as crews are said to leave sites spotless and remove all offcuts.

Pricing is regularly described as fair and competitive, and the communication before, during and after each job is praised as clear and reliable. Reviewers also highlight the team's courteous manner, strong local knowledge and good equipment, with landscaping work handled capably. The crew is described as hardworking and easy to deal with, and repeat business is common among those who have used the service.
