Complete Tree Management

Complete Tree Management is a tree services and arboriculture company based in Mackay, Queensland. It has been in business for over 20 years and is the largest locally owned tree management company in the Mackay district.

The company's tree climbers are certified in Advanced Climbing, and its tree fellers hold level 2 to level 3 (open class) certifications. Each team member has more than 5 years of experience in their relevant field, and a supervisor with no less than 10 years' experience in tree felling and lopping works with the team at all times. A supervisor completes Job Safety Analysis documents before starting each job, and each team member is licensed to operate or drive the equipment needed for the work. At least one member of the team is a qualified first aid officer. The company is fully insured with Public Liability, Product Liability and sector specific Liberty International Underwriters insurance, and has a zero tolerance policy for drug and alcohol.

Complete Tree Management offers free consultations and provides an actual quote. Its main services include tree surgery, pruning and removal, stump grinding, mulching and wood chipping, and it provides removal of scar trees as a speciality service to preserve historical trees for the Indigenous community in the Mackay hinterland. The company has held On Demand tree care services contracts with Isaac Regional Council and Mackay Regional Council since 2012, and with BHP Mitsubishi Alliance since 2008 at various BMA sites.

Tree removal, pruning, reshaping and yard clean-up around Mackay form the backbone of what customers describe, and the accounts consistently return to how closely the finished result matched what had been agreed. Punctuality and reliability stand out, with teams turning up when arranged and completing work without dragging it out, a pattern noted even by those who have called on the business several times. Reviews regularly refer to the state of the site afterwards, describing thorough clean-ups and properties left neat once the crew has gone.

Communication is another common thread, with email updates considered clear and enough to keep clients in the loop without excess. Brent, Chase and other team members are singled out for courtesy, helpfulness and a professional approach, and a point that comes up often is the evident care taken with the trees themselves. Pricing is consistently described as fair, with strong value noted against the quotes received. Alongside the arborist work, lawn care and mulch supply feature in the feedback, and the willingness to return for further jobs is a theme that runs through many accounts.
