Forest Tree is an excellent service from attending to the quote till they return to cut the tree as required and tidied up after. The staff were polite and great at their job. Highly recommend them

5 Stars for Forest Tree Services. We used their services to trim some trees along the boundary fence. It was a tricky job and the team were amazing - professional, tidy, courteous, competitively priced and great tree loppers. We have used other tree services in the past but Forest Tree Services are the best. I highly recommend!

What diabolical service!!! Job not done properly and after then going back 3 times to resolve it (they never said the job was Ok, they kept coming back to complete it properly) they still did not deliver on what they committed to. The owner (think Ben) was totally silent throughout the process and took NO accountability on the job. Shocking... 3 months from start to finish!!!!! FOLLOW UP: I note the response from the provider and at no stage throughout the follow up calls I had with them, did they say that the stump grinding was carried out properly and they cam back after inspections to try and fix the job - more than 1 occassion!!!. After the first time of their attempted stump grindings, I took the grindings away but why should I make further trips to clear more grindings due to their failure to complete the job.

Forest Tree Service recently carried out a tree removal at our property in West Pymble and the entire experience was excellent. From the initial quote through to completion, the team was professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The job itself involved removing a large tree in a confined space, and the crew managed it safely and efficiently with no disruption. They worked quickly but carefully, which gave us real confidence in their expertise. The clean-up afterwards was outstanding—everything was left neat, tidy and well presented. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree removal services in West Pymble or the Upper North Shore!!!.
