What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Plateau Trees is based in Brookvale on Sydney's northern beaches and holds a 4.4 average from 132 reviews, the lowest rating among the companies with detailed feedback in this list, though every review examined here is 5-star. Reviewers describe pruning of large, established trees including a century-old oak, tree removal with stump grinding, and storm-damage response, with crew members Kevin, Charlie, Jack, Joe and Greg named for careful, tidy work around gardens and landscaping.
Several customers mention using Plateau repeatedly over many years and value its consistent communication from quote through to completion. As with any business, prospective customers may wish to look at the fuller spread of reviews given the lower overall average.

Fantastic experience overall with both a large tree removal and stump grinding facilitated by Plateau. Excellent and responsive customer service from the start, including organising the quote and dates of service, to removing the tree and grinding the stump. Kevin, Charlie and Jack did a fantastic job removing a challenging tree and ensuring that the utmost care was taken. They worked tirelessly the whole day and left the site in immaculate condition. Well priced and excellent value overall. Very happy with the service provided by Plateau from end to end and I highly recommend them.
Great experience with Plateau trees from start to finish everything went smoothly like a well oiled machine. The quote was fair, the workers punctual, hard working and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a tree removed. Thank you for removing my GIANT Yucca and making the whole process a stress free experience.
I've used Plateau Trees for several years for the same tree and they're professional and communicate well. They prune neatly to maintain the form and beauty of the tree. They also clean up well after they're done.
Plateau Trees provided a prompt efficient service at our property, leaving the site clean and tidy. The workers were polite and friendly, checking that our requirements had been completed to our satisfaction. We heartily recommend this firm and their workers for any tree issues you may have. Five Stars!
Amazing service! No messing around - just got the job done with no fuss. Also a great bunch of human beings. Thank you ☺️
I would like to thank the Plateau Trees team for their excellent service. When a tree came down during a recent storm, their advice, knowledge, work ethic, and support were outstanding. Throughout the entire period, they kept us well informed and reassured.
Have used Plateau Trees a few times over the years and they always do a fantastic job. They are friendly, reliable and professional and leave my yard neater than when they arrived. I no longer bother getting quotes for tree work from other places as I’m satisfied with the job they do and the price they charge.
