Redback Tree Services

This would be about the 3rd or 4th time we have used Redback Tree Services and can't recommend them highly enough. They listened to how we wanted our trees cut back, as opposed to being butchered, and all the trees look brilliant without having that major 'cut back' look. All the trees have been pruned to a wonderful natural shape and the chaps cleared up all the driveway and garden. It barely looks like they have been. Brilliant admin and reception staff too. Paula and Anniek a delight to deal with regarding scheduling and payment. Look forward to having them back next year. Thanks so much.

Friendly and helpful. Staff very informative providing updates and a pleasure to communicate with. The crew worked well and wanted to know if i was happy with the job which i was. Pleasure to have them back and happy to call again in the future and recommend to others. Kind regards from Michael

The whole process was great from start to finish! Quote was excellent , Booking process easy & super friendly. The tree guys were punctual and professional and got the job done & all stumps munched up & I had a tidy garden at the end! Couldn’t be happier !

Communication was quick and effective throughout the whole process. Redback Tree removed 3 trees and 2 stumps at my home efficiently and completed the job very quickly. They also cleaned the area thoroughly once the work was done. One of the trees was in a very difficult-to-access area, but they still found a way to remove it safely and efficiently. The price was also very reasonable. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Liam and his team did a fantastic job of removing trees, cleaning up and then coming back and grinding the stumps down. Dealing with Redback from the office to the team on the ground was a pleasure; they were professional, reliable and efficient. Their expertise clearly visible in my beautifully cleaned up front garden. All round it was customer service at its best. This job was done in October 2023. I promised to do a review at the time and didn't but I have finally got around to doing it two and a half years later because I was so impressed with the service. And their price was very reasonable too! From reading recent reviews looks like nothing has changed - for an outstanding job, use Redback.

Fantastic job from start to finish. The whole process was smooth – from the initial inspection and quote to scheduling the job and completing the work. The team was very professional, efficient and clearly experienced. They removed the yuccas, handled the stump grinding and cleaned up the yard thoroughly afterwards. Everything was done with great care and attention to detail. Honestly the result exceeded my expectations. The yard was left very clean and tidy. Highly recommend this team if you need tree removal work done. Thanks again for the great service!

We recently engaged Redback Tree Services to remove three large Yukkas from the front of our property, and then to grind out the stumps. As a company they were a pleasure to deal with and their respective crews were competent and professional in attitude and execution. All rubbish was removed and both crews cleaned up properly after they were finished. No damage to the property or lawns occurred despite the crews needing to work in close proximity to windows and decorative building features. Pricing for the job was most reasonable for the amount of labour and machinery involved. I highly recommend them for your tree services.
