Royal Tree Services

Royal Tree Services is a small family business owned and operated by Wes Moore, a Cert 3 Qualified Arborist. The business was started after Wes Moore moved from the UK in 2010. It operates mainly in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. All tree works are completed in accordance with Australian Standards AS 4373-2007 'Pruning of Amenity Trees'. The business is fully insured. Services include tree removals, stump grinding, tree pruning, hedge trimming, service wire clearance, and possum guards.

Wes is the name that runs through almost every account, with customers describing his quick response to quote requests and his clear communication from the first visit through to completion. The written quotes given on the spot are frequently described as fair, and many reviewers note the price compared well with other options they had explored. Tree removal forms the bulk of the work discussed, covering large cypress pines, conifers and fruit trees, along with pruning, hedge reduction and the clearing of overgrown gardens.

Crews are repeatedly described as punctual and efficient, arriving with the equipment needed and finishing substantial jobs in a matter of hours. A point that comes up often is the protection of surrounding gardens, smaller plants and neighbouring property, with sites swept and left tidy once the work is done. Reviewers also mention branches being cleared from overhead wires, prunings left behind by homeowners being taken away, and clean-ups following storm damage to pipes. The friendliness and courtesy of the whole team are noted just as regularly as its professionalism, and many of the same customers say they would book the crew again for further greenery needs.
