Very happy with the service from the team at Shane’s Trees. Located on the Gold Coast, we had several large15-20m high clumps of bamboo to remove in our back yard. We requested quotes from a range of arborists and majority seen the job as too hard and ended up ghosting us. But the staff at Shane’s Trees were friendly, good communication and were reasonable with their pricing. Access wasn’t easy and there were some challenges getting the bamboo to their mulcher. But they always had a ‘can do’ approach and completed the work safety and timely. Our yard was left neat and tidy so we couldn’t be happier. Job well done, thanks Shane’s Trees!
Shane's Trees did an excellent job trimming back the canopy of a neighbour's very large leopard tree overhanging my backyard. The team were very prompt in responding to my enquiry, giving me a reasonable quote & attending to the job in a matter of days. They all worked together to lop the tree, mulch the large branches & clean up the debris in my backyard, whilst maintaining the integrity of the tree. Thank you Lucas for your very personable manner. You really did a great job! Would highly recommend Shane's Trees!
Shanes trees were a standout against the rest for us. They considered all avenues of safety, went in detail about the quote and advised which options were available. Prices were very competitive but it was the honesty, detail to safety and good reviews that made us pick Shane's. Great hardwood, chopped to size and burns exceptionally well. The driver was a sweety and backed the truck down my back lane to the garage. Exceptional $ value
I had four olive trees and magnolias in my yard which are 5 years old. I’ve been keeping them tidy and under control but they needed some structural trimming and thinning out. I had no idea so the guys from Shane’s came in and showed their expertise and really did the trick. They look terrific now and will be good for another 12 months. The guys that came out were all professional and very friendly. Will have them back in the future
Shane’s trees (Brisbane) were brilliant to deal with from start to finish. Guy who came to quote was really knowledgeable and helpful in finalising our requirements. Quote was very competitive and comprehensive. Booking team were brilliant in working with us. Work crew who came on the day simply could not have been better. Work was completed safely and to a high standard. They nailed it. We requested they leave us the best of the mulch which since has come in so handy. We’ve remulched an entire acreage property and created an amazing new garden with it. Clean up was brilliant and to a really high standard. We couldn’t recommend Shane’s Trees highly enough. We will definitely be using them again. If you need arborist work, trees felled, clean up of problem pest species and trees then this is your crew. Just call and book them.
