Highly responsive, quick to quote. Book in within a weerk and gave excellent competitive prices. Turned up on time, removed tree, cleaned up and left no mess and didn't break a single surrounding plant in the process. Excellent job and service. Get a quote from these guys first.
Amazing job, so happy with Luke and team. Would recommend Tip Top Tree Service to anyone wanting a professional, friendly service. They communicate and turn up on time and their quotes are very reasonable. Best Tree service around.
I’ve used Tip Top Tree Services for arborist work several times and they’ve always been reliable and done a great job. Luke provided excellent advice on tree trimming, removal and replacement, ensuring the work complemented the existing garden. These guys have full insurance and use all the safety gear and equipment; giving me peace of mind to know the job has been done properly.
Luke and his team were incredibly effective, friendly and professional from start to finish. Communication was a standout; Luke provided a clear, step-by-step plan for the job, so there were no surprises. I was particularly impressed by the extra care they took. While few other contractors I met told me I’d have to protect the fence and wall myself, Luke’s team brought in timber panels specifically to shield my fence and battery. Pro-tip for those shopping around: Out of the 10 quotes I received, Luke was one of only two who provided a professional email breakdown including insurance details. His pricing is very reasonable, and the peace of mind you get from his communication and property protection is well worth it. Highly recommended!
I have just used Tip Top Tree Services to remove three large trees. I was very happy with their service throughout the process. They responded very courteously to my request for a quote with a realistic and competitive price and when given the job they removed the trees very efficiently. Luke and his team were excellent and I recommend them highly.
Luke and his team did an excellent job and left the place neat. Arrived on time, great communication. Highly recommended!
Outstanding service from quote to completion. We had a number of small to medium sized trees/palms in tricky positions around the house and boundary fence removed. Luke and his team were punctual, professional, personable and honest about what could be done and how. Luke was across Council approvals requirements unlike other cowboy teams out there. Competitive quote and great communication. I would not hesitate to use Tip Top Tree Services again and would highly recommend - in fact I have to neighbours in the street.
