Tree Doctor Tasmania

Tree Doctor Tasmania is a tree services and arborist business based in Launceston, providing services for residential, commercial and municipal needs in northern Tasmania. The business has certified arborists and horticulturalists on staff, and its employees are trained in arborist safety with years of experience in climbing, chipping and working at heights.

Service areas include Devonport, Ulverstone, Penguin, Wilmot, Burnie, Wynyard, Stanley, Smithton, Strahan, Queenstown, St Marys, George Town, Perth, Launceston, Elizabethtown, Deloraine, Sheffield, Latrobe, Railton and their surrounding areas. Services include tree pruning or trimming, tree removal, chipping, cherry picking, excavation, green waste removal and stump grinding.

Professionalism, careful workmanship and clear communication recur throughout the feedback for this Launceston arborist team. Several customers describe how a quote was provided quickly and the job then completed within days, including one instance where a dangerous tree was removed within two days of a call. Several accounts note the crew's skill with large and hazardous removals, such as mature macrocarpas looming over a roof, a Manchurian pear in a cramped garden setting and about a dozen dead trees on a parents' property, with the team taking care to avoid harm to surrounding trees and gardens.

Tidiness comes up often, with yards left cleaner than expected and even mowing carried out to clear twigs. Customers note fair and reasonable pricing, efficient teamwork, punctuality and patient explanations of what was being done and why. Named staff, including Jaya, Erik, Harry, Brendon and Caroline in administration, are praised for their capability, courtesy and good humour, while the stump muncher and other equipment are singled out for getting results. Administrative organisation, responsiveness and a client-centred approach round out the praise.
