Tree Removal Adelaide

Had these guys remove a tree for me last week. It was over 2 storeys high, in a back courtyard garden with only access through the front door and through the house. Other town houses in close proximity on 3 sides, this was no job for cowboys. The guys at Adelaide Tree Removal were fantastic, job completed in about 5 hours, backyard spotless, ground the stump as an extra, and cut and transported a large tree through my house and and left the house looking like no one had even there. Cracking work, super impressed and has given me my back yard back. Many thanks.

Harry is a reliable 'can do' person. Removed 5 trees and a stubborn stump in an enclosed area without any fuss. Cleaned up after job. Price was more than reasonable. Would not hesitate to engage Harry for any other similar requirement.

I contacted them on Saturday afternoon to remove a tree (on Google it was showing that they’re open 24 hours) He was meant to come to my place to have a look and give a quote on Sunday morning. I was waiting for him at the property at the agreed time but he sent a sms last minute saying that it was not necessary for him to come and have a look as he had everything he needed from the photos and could do the job for 800 dollars. I even asked him if he was able to tell the size of the tree from the photos which he confirmed yes. He then confirmed to come and do the job on Monday at 9am. On Monday, he showed up alone unprepared and he was also an hour late. He was going to do the job on his own anyways, but when I asked if he was going to do that alone as the tree is a decent size, he suddenly said he had to come back another time. While I was still trying to figure out when he was able to do it etc, he just walked off. He later on sent me a text saying that the tree was bigger than he thought and quoted me 1000 dollars instead. I was not rude the whole time. If he had just come to have a look when he agreed to come on Sunday, he would have known the size of the tree and quoted properly and came prepared. Such a waste of time. Super rude and unprofessional. Their response below doesn’t make sense at all - firstly, no one was hostile. He was the one that just walked off in the middle of a conversation. - second, it said they open 24 hours on Google, so there’s no issues with me contacting him on a Saturday afternoon? - third, if he had issues coming out on Sunday to give a quote, he could have just told me the time that suits him and I would have planned accordingly. - fourth, he was supposed to do the job on Monday, not give the quote on Monday. - lastly, he texted me a sarcastic message after I left the review instead of reflecting on their professionalism.
