Tree X QLD has built its reputation around Anthony, whose name recurs throughout reviews as the driving force behind the work. He is described as professional and punctual, arriving when agreed and completing jobs without delay, with the speed of the team contrasted against other trades that had yet to respond. Tree removal and pruning form the core of the praise: palms taken out, multiple trees trimmed back, and a large tabebuia dealt with urgently when it threatened a house. A point that comes up often is the tidiness of the finished site, with debris cleared and gardens left neat.

Customers also value Anthony's advice, describing considered recommendations on pruning and on ways to lower costs for chipping and pre-pruned mango trees. Communication is another recurring theme, with consultations at each stage and clear explanations of the proposed approach. Reviewers call the pricing fair and the manner friendly, and the crew is noted for working steadily until the property was safe. Landscaping and general garden improvement around homes and business premises also feature in accounts, alongside tree trimming and removal, with several people returning for further quotes and repeat work.
