Arborista Trees

Arborista Trees is a locally owned tree services and arboriculture business that has operated for over 10 years. The business is fully licensed and insured, and serves the full Canberra metro area plus surrounding NSW towns and rural properties. Arborista Trees is a finalist in the Gardener category at the Australian Trades Small Business Champion Awards 2026. Services include tree removal, stump grinding, hedge trimming, tree lopping, pruning, land clearing, and emergency tree services.

Residential projects of varying scale feature throughout the feedback, ranging from an urgent removal fitted into a tight timeframe to a substantial hedge reduced to a manageable level. Ali is the name that recurs most often, praised for replying quickly, visiting beforehand to assess the work and quoting fairly before any cutting began. Customers repeatedly note that he and his team arrive when they say they will and keep them informed at every stage, from the initial quote through to the finished clean-up.

Tree pruning, tree removal and stump grinding appear as the main tasks, including a large stump ground at short notice to meet a deadline and roots lifted from beside a path. Tidiness after the job is a point that comes up often, with yards left spotless and all debris cleared away. Reviewers describe the work as efficient, professional and polite, with Ali himself singled out for being honest and upfront about what the job involved and what it would cost. The finished result, whether a shaped hedge or a removed tree, is consistently described as excellent, and several customers indicate they intend to use his services again for future tree matters.
