Habitat Arboriculture

Habitat Arboriculture is an owner-operated arboriculture business based in Hobart, Tasmania. The business is led by qualified arborist Jack O’Hare, who holds a Certificate III in Arboriculture. It serves residential, commercial, government, and environmental clients. Services include tree pruning, tree removal, habitat creation, BAL clearing, and emergency storm response. Habitat Arboriculture operates across Greater Hobart, Clarence, Kingborough, Glenorchy, and the Huon Valley, with selected projects across Tasmania.

Tree removal, substantial pruning and site clearance form the core of the arborist work described by customers in and around Hobart. Jack is the name that recurs throughout the feedback, and reviewers consistently highlight his professionalism, punctuality and technical ability on demanding removals and heavy cutting. Guidance during the planning stage is a recurring theme, with clients noting that he helps clarify the scope before any work starts, and his understanding of tree wellbeing and the protection of habitat draws frequent mention.

Assistance with BAL requirements is also noted. Charges are described as fair and reasonable, and communication is repeatedly called easy and courteous. The condition of the site after completion earns consistent praise, with grounds left looking immaculate and the resulting mulch offered for use in gardens. Several accounts emphasise the care and respect shown to the trees themselves, while the capacity to clean up on site and put cleared material to further use rounds out the experiences shared by property owners across the area.
