The feedback for Robert Mank Tree Care Services in the Wollongong area circles back again and again to fair pricing paired with reliable, prompt service. Customers describe quotes being given without fuss and the promised work then carried out quickly, whether the task involves felling large or awkward trees, removing date palms or mulching branches. The crew, named in accounts as Les and the boys as well as Nathan and his team, comes across as friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and advice on difficult removals is valued.

A theme running through the feedback is how thoroughly the site is left once the job is done, with branches and debris cleared away. One customer notes that weather pushed back the booking, yet still regards the wait as worth it and the price as more than reasonable. Reviewers also highlight the ease of dealing with the tradesmen, describing them as approachable and true to their quoted figures. Repeat business is mentioned, with customers saying they would engage the team again for tree work and stump removal, and the standard of the finished result, from difficult removals to mulching, is consistently well regarded.
