THE LUMBERJACK TREE SERVICE

The Lumberjack Tree Service is a tree services and arborist business with over 25 years of experience in tree care. It is fully insured and serves residential and commercial properties. The business operates in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Cessnock, Singleton, Dungog, and the Hunter Valley. It specialises in tree removal by cranes. Services include tree removal, tree pruning, stump grinding, mulching, storm service, and land clearing. A customer service guarantee is offered with every job.

Jobs of every scale, from a single ageing tree in a suburban yard to a substantial spotted gum standing only metres from a home, feature throughout the feedback for this Newcastle operation. Mick Allen and his crew are repeatedly described as punctual, arriving when they say they will for both the quote and the work itself, and reviewers note that they seek input on the finer details before starting. Several customers highlight the care taken with difficult removals, including a large palm and other trees ground neatly close to a house without damage, and the 30-metre gumtree taken down in a backyard.

Tidiness is a recurring theme, with sites left spotless and debris cleared away once the job is finished. Clear communication before and during the work, straightforward and reasonable quotes, and a friendly, hardworking approach from the whole team are mentioned often, as is the willingness to accommodate requests and work through extreme heat. Reviewers also note that the business is in demand, so following up may be needed to secure a booking.
