TreeWorks Canberra

TreeWorks Canberra is a tree services and arboriculture company based in Canberra. It is a member of Arboriculture Australia, is fully insured, and holds an ACT Government Industrial Relations and Employment Certificate. The company employs arborists, horticulturists, and vegetation management specialists. Some arborists have over 25 years of experience in large-scale tree surgery and removals.

Staff hold qualifications including Certificates 2, 3, 4 and Diploma (Level 5) in Arboriculture; Certificates 2, 3 and 4 in Horticulture; a Certificate 3 in Conservation Land Management; and certificates in Vegetation Management (in close proximity to power lines), Climbing and Rescue Aloft, Chainsaw, Elevated Work Platform, First Aid, and AQF2/Chemcert chemical use. TreeWorks services Canberra, Queanbeyan, Yass, Bungendore and the Southern Tablelands, and operates throughout the Canberra, Yass, Queanbeyan, Bungendore, Cooma and Goulburn regions. It has worked on landmarks including Old Parliament House, the War Memorial and the National Gallery, and works in the Parliamentary Triangle.

The company undertakes residential and commercial tree work, including powerline clearing for electricity companies. Prior to commencing work, a site-specific safety risk assessment is carried out, and all employees are rigorously trained in Safe Work Method Statements. Customers can choose whether tree material is taken away or mulched for use in their garden. Main services include powerline work, pruning, tree removals, stump grinding, diagnosis and tree reports.

In Canberra and the surrounding district, TreeWorks Canberra has built a reputation over many years for arborist work that customers describe as careful, safe and thorough. Several reviewers note that the team removes large gums and failed trees, including one that had dropped a limb across two driveways, and that the job is completed without damage to nearby property. Punctuality and reliability come up repeatedly, with crews arriving on time and working steadily through cold conditions. Clients also praise the clear advice provided during inspections and quotes, particularly on tree health, stump grinding and the treatment of sick plants.

Tidiness is another recurring theme, as sites are consistently left clean and free of branches. Named staff such as Steve and Ed are singled out for their courteous manner and practical knowledge. Reviewers describe pricing as reasonable or competitive for the scale of the work, and communication before and after the job is frequently mentioned as friendly and helpful. The result is a picture of a company that handles complex removals, pruning and stump grinding with professionalism, and that customers are glad to call on again.
