Domestic tree work around Wollongong is where this crew is most often called in, with pruning and the removal of large or awkward trees recurring through the feedback. Nathan is named frequently, and the comments about him and his team are strikingly consistent. Various customers describe them as professional, honest and reliable, and more than one notes that the same crew has been engaged over several years for ongoing tree maintenance. Arriving on time and keeping the customer informed before and during the job come up often, as does the composure shown on difficult removals, including trees leaning over neighbouring boundaries.

Reviewers describe the team as skilful and hard-working, easy to deal with and willing to answer questions or sort out problems as they arise. Tidiness is another theme: branches and debris are cleared away and taken off site, leaving the property neat. Charges are considered fair and reasonable for the scale of the work. Friendliness and courtesy run from the first assessment and quotation through to completion, which helps explain why repeat bookings and word-of-mouth referrals feature so strongly.
