I cannot recommend Clean Cut Services highly enough! What started as a huge, overwhelming mess has been completely transformed. The team went above and beyond, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. Not only was the quality of work outstanding, but every staff member was an absolute delight to deal with. Friendly, respectful, and clearly passionate about what they do. They made the whole experience easy and stress free. I am beyond impressed and so grateful for the amazing job they have done.
The boys turned up early, ran through the job, and got on with it. They are so professional, they really know their stuff. They left our yard clean and tidy woth r Zero damage to lawn, gardens, and pathways. Payment, right on quote and seemless process. It is our second time in 2 years to use them, i highly recommend the whole team, from office to completion. Thanks clean cut trees.
All staff I dealt with were polite and punctual and professional. Onsite tree removal staff also very friendly, helpful and professional. Were efficient, did a good job and cleaned up well. Only lost a star for some minor onsite collateral property damage but that's to be expected when trees and machinery are involved. Would definitely recommend
The crew did a fantastic job for my mum would totally recommend them They were able to cut down branches and not disturb the wildlife
The absolute worst experience I have had with any service. It took them months to do the work, and then even when it was completed, the bamboo is already growing back despite them being told to remove it, not just cut it down. They are accepting no responsibility despite not completing the job. Am now going through QCAT.
