We used this service 3 yrs ago to have most of our yard cleared ...did a great job .. Decided a couple of months ago to use their services again to have a tree in backyard lopped ...getting way to tall ..which I explained what the job entailed After waiting almost 2 + months just to get a quote ...I receive a call 3 days out .. stating they can't do the job and lopping trees isn't what they do .. Bad communication Loyalty means nothing Only chasing the big jobs

Yes, agree with other reviews. They do not respond, communicate at all. Promise this but deliver nothing. All I wanted was a jacaranda out. I got really frustrated waiting for any form of communication after sending texts, calling. I'm going with someone else more expensive but they'll do it next week, locked in. They responded quickly and professionally. My absolute recommendation is chose anyone else, as these guys don't seem to value their clients. I've had them before and all great, but something has changed and they don't seem to care. A real pity as their quote was really good. Oh well. Goodbye business. I'll make it a passion of mine to tell as many in leafy, tree filled Highfields not to get you. At least I'll tell them promptly. Have an absolutely amazing day.😃

We have used DJ before and while a long lead time they did a great job . I have then contacted them in OCT 22 for a large quote job. Waited till March for an inspection( yes that's 5 months) chased them up 12 times for action. Got promised 1 more month 2 times and then that they were busy and then crickets. I have recommended this business to multiple clients and all I wanted was a little honest lead time and customer service, especially as I funnel them work when possible. I couldn't be less impressed with the customer service from Mark. As a business owner myself I know we all get busy and things take longer but its now august the following year nearly 10 months and he has failed to even quote this job. Don't let this business waste your time, I suggest this is too busy for any sort of customer service therefore go with another option. Now we have contacted another local company and they have held an install slot in 4 weeks and are quoting in a week.

They did a wonderful job. My neighbour's big tree has many branches over our roof and causing lots of blockages in the gutters. Mark climbed up the tree to trim the branches. The outcome is better than what I expect. I will definitely recommend his service to my friend. Thank you Mark.
