Tom and the boys did a fabulous job cutting back trees around my property. They talked me through everything and double checked before cutting anything. They cleaned up well. Also my dog loved getting pats.
We engaged Embark Tree Services to trim a large lemon scented gum in our back yard that was overhanging the boundary of an adjacent property. Tom visited the site and we agreed the scope of works keeping in mind the significance of the tree and the need for a sensitive touch. Communication throughout the process was great and the quoted price was reasonable. The pruning team arrived at the agreed time and proceeded to trim the tree in accordance with our instructions. The team members were polite, happy and very professional. They cleaned up afterwards and left the site in a very tidy condition. I cannot recommend Embark Tree Services highly enough. Tom and his team were terrific - a pleasure to deal with! Arrived on time. Checked that they had all the correct information about what was required and had the tree trimmed, cuttings mulched and the site cleaned up in record time. I am very happy with the work of Embark Tree Services. I have used them twice and would highly recommend them. They have pruned my very large Corymbia Maculata professionally with minimal damage to understory plants. All Tom's workers are friendly and proficient. They also did a great job of cleaning up.
Tom and his crew did an excellent job removing a tree for me. They were very friendly and left the site clean and tidy, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use their services again!
