Harbour Arbor Tree Care

Harbour Arbor Tree Care is a locally owned and operated tree care business. It serves the Illawarra and South Coast regions, from Helensburgh in the north to Gerringong in the south. The team of fully qualified arborists has over 20 years of experience in the horticulture industry. The same person who provides the quote carries out the work. Free on-site consultations are offered. The business adheres to Australian Standard AS/NZS 4373:1996 and follows local government and Workcover Code of Practice regulations. It specialises in complete tree management, from pruning and removal to stump grinding and arborist consultations.

Services include tree removal, stump grinding, pruning, arborist consultations, tree reports, wood chipping, mulch supply, firewood sales, hedging and shrub maintenance, tree planting and transplanting, emergency tree works, site clearing, root barrier installation, and tree cabling and bracing. Stump grinding ensures complete removal without chemicals. The business specialises in hazardous deadwood removal, canopy shaping, weight reduction, and palm tree maintenance. Jason, a named team member, is mentioned in testimonials.

Tree trimming, pruning and removal work around Wollongong is where Harbour Arbor Tree Care draws consistent praise, with several customers returning for repeat visits to their properties. Jason is named repeatedly as the arborist who leads the crew, and reviewers describe him and his team as professional, friendly and efficient. A large camphor laurel overhanging from a neighbouring yard was trimmed back, with Jason advising on the tree's recovery; epicormic growth followed and the tree looked considerably healthier.

A large fig tree was pruned at a church site, where the council application and related queries were handled, easing the process for the client. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is that work matched the quoted scope precisely, leaving no debris and yards tidied to a standard better than before the job started. Safety receives particular attention, including on a tricky removal.

Punctuality is another theme, with crews arriving when arranged and finishing quickly. Value for money is described as fair for the standard of work delivered. Ross is also named alongside the team for a professional approach. Firewood supply features among the services offered. The recurring note is that advice given on site, such as the outlook for a stressed tree, proved accurate over following months.
