O'Briens Tree Services Canberra

O'Briens Tree Services is a family-run business that has been operating since 2006. Brett O'Brien is the contact person. The team is fully insured and fully trained, and includes qualified arborists. The team is qualified to undertake tree removal, including dead and dangerous trees. Services include tree assessments and advice, tree removal, ActewAGL powerline clearing, pruning/trimming, hedge trimming, mulching, stump grinding, site clearing, woodchipping, thinning, and emergency tree services. Service areas include Canberra, Murrumbateman, Yass, and Queanbeyan.

Pruning and tree removal sit at the centre of the work described by customers of this Canberra arborist service, with accounts also covering trimming growth away from power lines and the careful dismantling of a large regulated tree. Brett is named often, and the praise surrounding him focuses on responsiveness, professionalism and a courteous manner that eased property owners through what several describe as an emotional decision.

Arriving punctually and working efficiently recur across the feedback, with crews safely handling branches that were difficult to reach before clearing the site thoroughly, in some cases leaving gardens tidier than they found them. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is that quotes are competitive and that the team confirms requirements at the start, answers questions throughout and adapts as the job progresses.

A sports club valued a reminder message sent ahead of the scheduled visit, with the crew arriving as agreed. Speed features regularly, one removal finished in under an hour, and customers note the friendly atmosphere of the crews, the protection of surrounding gardens and the absence of mess once the work is complete. Box Elder and other pest trees, overgrown front-yard plantings and multiple-tree jobs at a club ground all appear in the accounts.
