Proper Tree Care did an excellent job. Workers were professional, friendly and worked efficiently , taking care of everything . Very impressed with the tidying up after attending to 4 large trees . Proper tree care cut down two tall trees in our backyard. One dead. The team was highly professional, neat and careful. Disposing of the tree relents. Excellent value service for the price. Mostly importantly proper arborists not just hackers. Fully and properly equipped. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Jordan came out promptly to provide a quote, and before we knew it the job was completed beautifully and with incredible efficiency. The level of service and organisation was outstanding throughout the entire process. We were at work while the tree stumps were removed, and when we arrived home we were genuinely blown away. You would never know the stumps had even been there! The area was left impeccably clean and tidy, which speaks volumes about the care and pride they take in their work. These guys are incredibly organised, professional and reliable. Communication was excellent, everything happened exactly as promised, and the workmanship exceeded our expectations. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much, Jordan, for such a seamless and professional experience. My only regret is that I wasn’t there in person to thank you on the day. We truly appreciate the fantastic job you and your team did.

Fantastic service from Jordan and his team! Very impressed with Jordan's friendly, trustworthy, professional and passionate advice about what to do with an elm beetle infested tree. The job was done quickly and a thorough clean up of branches and debris in the garden. The quote was very reasonable. Definitely recommending to family and friends. Thanks Jordan.

Rang this mob on Friday to obtain a quote for a tree removal. Offered to send photos of said tree to make it easier, but was told it would have to be an onsite quote. Asked if they were available to come by the following day (Saturday) & was told they would get back to me. A few minutes later I received a text message confirming Saturday's appointment (see photo). Waited all day Saturday. No SMS with ETA. No phone call. No show. Therefore, no quote. Nothing. Suffice to say, not very proper of them.

Having been a loyal customer of another company for 15 years I gave up when their quote amounts suggested they were no longer interested in residential jobs. I'm very happy with the job done by Jordan and his team. Communication was good, the job done well and the yard was left cleaner than before they came! All for an extremely reasonable price. Will be trusting the care of my trees to them again in the future. Highly recommend.
