Rick's Trees

Rick’s Trees removed a 16 metre tree from my yard today, I am very impressed with their service. Professional, efficient, organised and cleaned up all mess afterwards. I would definitely recommend Rick’s Trees, quality work at a competitive price.

Rick’s Tree did a brilliant job!! They showed up on time, they were polite, professional and did an amazing job. It was all done so quickly and I'm extremely happy with the job that they did! The trees were removed and the stumps too! It was like there was never a tree there to begin with!! Thank you Rick and the team! Definitely recommend! It seems good old fashioned customer service and satisfaction still exists! Keep up the great work!!

SO impressed with Rick's Trees! Amy was an absolute pleasure to deal with to arrange a quote booking, Rick quoted personally and really looked after us. We had the team on site for two days, they worked so incredibly hard to get the job done. Highly recommend!

Cutting down a big neighbourhood tree. When asked to see the permit they ignored us (on two occasions) and didn't explain what they were doing, just gave us some eye rolls, smirks and the cold shoulder. They also had the path blocked and no cones or hazard signs with an open path to the woodchipper, while kids are riding past and heading to school.

We recently engaged Rick’s Trees and couldn’t be more impressed with their prompt, professional service. From the moment we got in touch, the team was responsive, reliable, and efficient. They arrived on time, completed the job exactly as discussed, and left everything clean and tidy. It’s clear they take pride in their work and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend Rick’s Trees to anyone looking for top-quality tree services done right and on time.

I highly recommend the services of Rick's Trees. From when I received the quote from Rick, conversing with Amy and the job completed by Dave and his team, I cannot fault the customer service. An excellent job on trimming the tree and all the branches were removed from the area and satisfactorily cleaned up around the tree - thank you for your services.

Rick's trees did a great job at a reasonable price. Rick himself was there on time to quote and his team completed a professional tree removal in difficult location at the side of my home without damaging the house or fences. Very satisfied. Before and after photos included. Note that I requested that the stump be left in place.
