The Adelaide Tree Surgery

The Adelaide Tree Surgery has provided tree management services since 2002 and is owned and managed by Mark Elliott. The team holds qualifications ranging from Diplomas of Arboriculture and Certificates of Horticulture to Arboriculture Certificates III to V. The company is a member of the International Society of Arboriculture and is involved with the South Australian Society of Arboriculture. It holds $20,000,000 public liability insurance, professional indemnity insurance, and Workcover insurance.

The company assists the Adelaide Metropolitan area, Adelaide Hills, and South Australian country regions. Its client base includes residential homes, real estate agencies, private enterprise, corporate clients, state government departments, local government councils and authorities, property management, aged care facilities, schools and colleges, and universities. Services offered are tree removal, tree pruning, arborist reports, stump removal, and tree root investigation.

Large trees felled in awkward spaces, palms trimmed, ornamental pears cut back and stumps cleared are the tasks that dominate accounts of The Adelaide Tree Surgery, and the praise follows a consistent line. Safety receives frequent mention, with crews described as careful around underground pipes and council-owned trees, and the site left clean and tidy once the work is finished.

Reviewers regularly highlight efficiency and punctuality, noting that jobs are completed promptly even in hot weather or cramped conditions, while pricing is described as fair and competitive. Communication stands out as a recurring strength, from the professional onsite quote through to the friendly admin staff and the crew's willingness to explain their approach.

Named team members feature in several accounts, with Mark thanked for making a difficult removal look straightforward and Ells credited for advice on a replacement planting, including choosing a specimen tree, supplying mulch and giving care tips that saw it flourishing twelve months on. Friendliness and a readiness to go beyond expectations appear often, whether helping shift cut timber to a wood pile or working through a long, hot day with good humour. The finished result, from trimmed palms to cleared debris, is a theme that comes up repeatedly across the feedback.
