Tree Arrangements

Tree Arrangements is a family business established in 1991 and founded by John Madderom. Talitha, John's daughter, and her partner Alan have taken over the family business. Talitha and Alan hold a Diploma of Arboriculture and a Diploma of Horticulture. The company is a member of the Queensland Arboricultural Association, the International Society of Arboriculture, and the New Zealand Arboricultural Association Inc. It is fully insured for public liability.

The service area includes Cairns and surrounding areas. Tree Arrangements works across locations including schools, parks, shopping centres and construction sites. Main services include tree removal, trimming, pruning, tree care, land and vegetation clearing, property care, and emergency tree services.

Tree Arrangements carries out tree removal, trimming and stump grinding for property owners around Cairns, and the professionalism of its crews is a theme that runs through the feedback. Accounts describe jobs finished without fuss, including trees taken down and stumps ground to clear ground for later concreting, with debris cleared before the crew departed. Reliability is frequently highlighted, with teams turning up at the agreed time, and one customer noted a quote arriving within a day of first contact before the work was scheduled quickly.

Charges are characterised as fair for the effort involved. Individual crew members are singled out by name: Alan for a fast quote and for coordinating a removal, Ryan for taking care that severed branches did not land on a neighbouring property, and Issac for readily passing on his knowledge. Communication before and during jobs is another recurring point, as is the courteous approach of staff and the attention given to protecting nearby property while trimming a tree overhanging a roof.
