Tree Top Tower Hire

Tree Top Tower Hire is a locally owned Ballarat business directed by Jason Scholten, who has over 30 years' experience in the industry and took over the company in 2002. The company employs 25 field staff and 3 office staff. It provides tree care services in the Central Highland Region (Creswick, Ballarat, and Daylesford), Western Victoria, Metropolitan Melbourne, and interstate for large projects.

Staff are trained to work in the proximity of rail or road corridors and close to powerlines. The company's main services include tree removal, trimming, maintenance, stump removal, pruning, deadwooding, hedging, mulch sales, power line clearance, road vegetation clearance, rail vegetation clearance, large scale land clearing, and storm damage removal.

Emergency work after a tree came down on a house roof, council contracts and residential pruning and hedge trimming all feature among the jobs described by customers of Tree Top Tower Hire in Ballarat. Jackson is named repeatedly for the calm, sympathetic and professional way he handled a homeowner stranded interstate while a fallen tree was dealt with, and the wider crew is described as friendly and polite on site.

Customers in several reviews describe the work as prompt and efficient, with the team finishing quickly and clearing away debris so that the property was left clean and tidy, including after a tall hedge and a tree were pruned. On a council job removing a street gumtree in Werribee, the crew allowed logs to be kept for a habitat garden and kept the road passable for residents and vehicles, an attention to surroundings that comes up often.

Reviews time and again mention fair pricing for the standard of work delivered. The business is described as a family operation, and the consistency of the accounts points to a crew that communicates well, arrives when expected and leaves a site in order, whether the job is storm damage, a contract removal or routine pruning.
