What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Agility Professional Tree Service is based in Toronto, on Lake Macquarie near Newcastle, and holds a 4.8 average from 266 reviews. Reviewers describe the removal of a 100-year-old Norfolk pine in a confined front yard near power lines and a busy road after other companies declined to quote, alongside banana palm pruning, stump grinding around raised garden beds, and dead tree felling with a 12-degree lean.
A recurring theme is the crew's attention to wildlife, including retaining bird habitat in ironbark trees during pruning. Reviewers consistently describe the team as professional, tidy and easy to deal with across repeat jobs at different properties. This points to a well-regarded, ecologically minded tree service.

Agility Tree Service did a wonderful job cutting a tree to ground level & trimming dead wood from another. All staff are pleasant, courteous & professional & they don't leave any mess, they clean it all. I would highly recommend them & won't hesitate to use them again.
Excellent! The crew were professional and attentive given we are tree lovers. They retained a beautiful bird habitat on one of our Iron bark trees - nice sculpting! Great job, would highly recommend.
A highly professional outfit. Agility was the first tree service to have any knowledge of banana palms and how to prune them properly. They did a great job, sent an itemised invoice (doesn't happen often these days) and left the site very clean and tidy. A breeze to deal with from the start.
Very happy with the service from Agility. Unfortunately the work had to be rescheduled due to emergency work, but we were given plenty of notice and our job wasn’t urgent. Everything was smooth and professional from quoting to clean up. We’re very happy with the service and would certainly use Agility again if the need arose.
Have used Agility on several occasions at different properties over a number of years. Have always been happy with the results. Staff have always been friendly and very good at what they do. Never a mess left behind 👍
Highly recommend Agility. From quoting and communication through to completing the job, everyone I dealt with was friendly and very helpful. The crew who came to complete the job were honestly outstanding. I was prepared for my property to be a bit of a mess, especially as we were removing and stump grinding palms and giant bird of paradise in very tight areas behind hedges and around raised garden beds, but the Agility crew some how managed to leave my property cleaner than when they started. The care that was taken while doing the job and on clean up was above and beyond, Thanks a bunch for doing such a great job!
These guys did an amazing job, with a real appreciation for maintaining important backyard biodiversity. Blown away with the attention to detail and really understanding the desired outcome of the job. Highly recommended, will definitely be utilising the team again for future jobs.
