Branch Management Total Tree Services carries a strong reputation around Newcastle for tree removal and arborist work, and the feedback gathered from customers consistently highlights reliability, skill and clear communication. Several customers describe the crew arriving exactly when promised, with punctuality standing out from the initial quote through to completion.

More than one review highlights the care taken on tricky jobs, including a tree felled in a tight corner space where a fence was temporarily removed and replaced, and storm-damaged branches dealt with quickly. Tidiness is a recurring theme, with properties left clean, debris taken away, and one account noting a driveway being hosed down. The team's expertise and advice are praised, particularly on complicated jobs requiring careful attention, and the work is described as efficient without cutting corners.

Office staff including Shelley, Bianca and Jess are named for their helpfulness and prompt communication, while Peter and Pete are mentioned for crews that keep customers informed and check that everything meets expectations. Fair pricing comes up as well, with customers considering the rates reasonable for the results delivered. Repeat business features prominently, including long-term contracts for property management and owners returning for second jobs, covering tree felling, pruning of overgrown camellias and hibiscus, and stump removal.
